Janine Weller Our first visit to this lovely pub. Will definitely not be our last! We both had a superb huge Roast beef dinner with all the trimmings. Followed by yummy deserts. Sat by the cosy fire and enjoyed the perfect ambience in the pub. Very helpful and friendly and welcoming staff. A wonderful way to spend a Sunday !

Every dish was bursting with rich spices, vibrant aromas, and that comforting homemade touch that instantly took me back to India. The butter naan was soft and buttery, the curries were perfectly balanced, and each bite felt like a celebration of flavors. To make it even better, they offered an amazing 30% discount on weekdays through Hungry Tables app — a treat for both my taste buds and my wallet. The ambiance was cozy, the staff warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more delightful. Honestly, it’s rare to find a place that serves food this delicious and offers such great value!

ziang Guo The food really delivers. The crispy pork belly on rice was excellent: perfectly crackly skin, juicy layers of meat, and generous portions. The shrimp rice noodle rolls were silky smooth with fresh prawns inside and a well-balanced soy sauce. Everything tasted freshly made, portions were satisfying, and service was efficient. A solid spot for authentic Cantonese dim sum and comfort food, especially if you’re craving proper Hong Kong–style dishes. Would definitely come back.

Ashna Mosses I recently tried the Mandi from Coconut, and it was a delicious experience! The presentation itself was impressive — large platters of fragrant rice topped with perfectly grilled chicken, garnished with fresh herbs and served with lemon wedges for that extra zest. The chicken was tender, juicy, and well-marinated, with a smoky grilled flavour that paired beautifully with the mildly spiced, buttery rice. The Mandi rice was aromatic and perfectly cooked — fluffy, not greasy, and full of subtle spices. Each plate came with a side of fresh salad (crisp lettuce, carrots, and onions) and two dipping sauces — one creamy mayo and one tangy, spicy sauce that really elevated the meal. The portion sizes were generous, easily enough for sharing, and the overall presentation was clean and inviting. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and modern, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a hearty meal.

Emma Louise The pizzas we had were delicious. Glad theres another decent restaurant in the area. We all enjoyed our meals for sure and will happily come back in the future. The guy serving us was lovely too.

Emily Jones The food is amazing and so affordable. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better spread of different salads, dips etc. so tasty!! Only down side is that the lovely girl who took my order was badly spoken to by a guy who was making the food. I believe there was a ticket miscommunication, but there was no need for him to be mean to her. She was amazing!!! Hope she’s okay :)
