Jasmine Cross Food was great - flavourful, generous pasta portions, great selection of plant based options! Only criticism would be the bean starter where you only got a single slice of squash - it was so damn delicious it deserved a second slice on the plate! Service was also great our waiter was attentive, charming and helpful. For our last meal in London before heading home it didnt disappoint!

On a recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience, from the welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable service and delectable cuisine. The ambience sets the tone right from the moment you step in. The space is thoughtfully designed with a contemporary edge, featuring warm lighting and comfortable seating that invites lingering conversations. What truly elevated the mood was the spot-on selection of jazz music playing softly in the background—smooth, unobtrusive, and perfectly complementing the lively yet relaxed vibe. It’s the kind of setting that makes you forget the hustle outside and fully immerse yourself in the evening. Service was a standout highlight, thanks to our attentive server, Saqlene. He anticipated our every need with genuine warmth and efficiency, from recommending pairings to ensuring our glasses were never empty. His professionalism and enthusiasm added a personal touch that made the meal feel truly special—kudos to him for making us feel like valued guests throughout. Now, onto the food: East Eatery delivers on its promise of bold, flavoursome dishes. The steak was a particular delight—tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with rich, savoury notes that left a lasting impression. The rest of the menu didn’t disappoint either; each bite was thoughtfully seasoned, showcasing a harmonious fusion of spices and fresh ingredients. Jasvir Singh Gill I would like to take a moment to highlight one of the best customer service experiences I have recently had, with the Regional Manager, Jason McKeon, at the Yo! Sushi counter in Tesco, Osterley. Jason was extremely enthusiastic and passionate about the new menu launching at the Osterley store. He approached me while I was looking at the sushi boxes and warmly expressed his gratitude for me choosing Yo! Sushi. I found his energy, friendliness, and genuine passion for the brand both endearing and memorable. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service, and I felt it deserved recognition.

Justin Rogers-Cooper This is “the” cinnamon roll of all the dozens I’ve tried here in London and in New York, with the only comparison being Sunday Morning in Manhattan. Having said that, the other treats here exceed expectation and might be tops in Teddington: the classic brownie, the biscoff New York roll, a salted caramel brownie. Savory, gooey, buttery, memorable. Anyone passing through the area with a keen sweet tooth shouldn’t let Parsnips pass.

Jet Ive had East Mediterranean food before in many places (including Abu Dhabi) but this was next level! The dishes are so delicious and fresh! Service is great, very friendly and fast so no need to worry about the allocated time slot. Try the cocktails: refreshing!

K Toscano Amazing food and atmosphere. I had the set menu and they were so accommodating to me being coeliac, offering alternatives for anything I couldn’t have and very aware to use different utensils and pans for everything (they do this anyway so very reassuring). The food was unbelievable, I would definitely recommend the tortilla! Only bit of feedback I have is that the sangria was ever so slightly too sweet (think it was made with sprite rather than lemonade and it made it an overly sweet). But overall great atmosphere, staff and most importantly food
