And the pub staff serving drinks are the kindest, loveliest people too. So a win-win on food and beverage. A must visit for great ambience, comfort food and a home like feel

5 /5 Min Zhang: Absolutely brilliant experience at The Salutation! We arrived at 9:10pm, just 20 minutes before closing, yet the staff welcomed us warmly and allowed us to dine in without any rush - truly thoughtful and accommodating. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavour, freshly prepared, and packed with spices - some of the most vibrant Thai food I’ve had in London. In my opinion, this is hands down the No.1 Thai restaurant in the city. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, offering excellent value for money. The owner is incredibly kind and the service from all staff was attentive and full of positive energy. Highly, highly recommended!

5 /5 Phil Stone: A surprisingly very good Thai restaurant Kuhn Pakin is nestled inside Salutation Pub. The venue is very spacious with a large beer garden. The highlight however is the Thai restaurant which serves very delicious Thai dishes. They have not only the classics like Pad Thai and curry but also more specials like raw prawns and raw crab which you usually don’t find in many Thai restaurants. There are lot of Asian customers which is a good sign that the food is good here. The prices is a bit higher but you get good quality. Tip: pay by cash and there will be no service charge

5 /5 Poom S.: The best Pad Thai that I’ve had in London (so far)! The noodles had great texture and the sauce was not overly sweet like many Pad Thai that I’ve had before in London. If you go for lunch during the weekday, there is a 20% discount on their limited lunch menu. The portion isn’t big but it really was tasty. Broth for beef noodle soup was too dilute for my liking. I wouldn’t recommend that. Good value with nice atmosphere. Lots of Thais.

5 /5 Jenny H: The Salutation is also a Thai restaurant called Khun Pakin Thai. Very charming to see the combination of a pub atmosphere with Thai food. They have a lovely outdoor garden area for when the weather is nice. The food is delicious and highly recommend. Would have loved to come here with a group of people to share multiple dishes, but came alone this time. Food tastes delicious with the right flavors and the papaya salad was fresh with the right amount of heat. Really liked the antique ice cream, not just coconut flavor it also has bits of pandan in it and goes really well with the sticky rice. Not sure it needed the bread too, but still overall a good dessert. Good ambience and service as well.
