5 /5 Samantha Mattson: The Shed is a stand out for local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients. On 21.2.26 I had the pleasure of eating the Local & Wild set menu -52.0pp with the option of a 40.0pp wine pairing.
This menu takes you on a journey of big bold flavors like goats cheese, venison and tahini while weaving in bright clean seasonal flavors like leek, mushroom and fennel.
My server, Kia, offered a master class in helpful hospitality without being too present/ involved. She answered every question I had and offered delightful pairings as well as suggestions.
The Shed may be small but the flavor packed in their menu is mighty. I look forward to dining here season after season to experience their expression of local flavors.
Come hungry and have a bottle of wine of wine, you wont be disappointed.
