3 /5 daniel G: The place is located inside the Notting Hill market area. It’s small but well organized, with a good layout to seat customers comfortably.
There was a man who seemed to be the manager or even the owner, judging by his attitude and how he interacted with everyone. He truly has an extraordinary gift for service and leadership, and his presence makes a big difference in the overall experience.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t fully meet our expectations. The sushi felt like it was mostly rice, with very little flavor and no truffle flavor at all. The chicken katsu curry was better. The sauce was tasty, and the chicken had good flavor and a nice crunch. The black pepper chicken wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t bad either. The dumplings were okay.
The prawn katsu sando was more interesting and different thanks to its sauce, but it could definitely use more protein.
Overall, while the food was hit or miss, I really want to highlight the excellent work of the person leading the place. His attitude, energy, and service truly stand out and elevate the experience.
