5 /5 Max Anastasiou: A lovely pub for a Sunday lunch. One of the best roast dinners I’ve had in a while. Great veg to go with the roast and all very fairly priced. The service was top notch, but didn’t get the name of the guy who was our server. Saw ‘trial’ on the receipt… so if he’s not there full time- hire him!

5 /5 Robin Ostler: Visited yesterday for a traditional roast with the family. I had the Roast Suffolk Chicken, alongside traditional trimmings others had the beef and pork. Every element is executed with finesse: from the perfectly crisp potatoes to the expertly seasoned seasonal vegetables, and a rich, savory gravy, complemented by a generous pig in a blanket. It’s a genuine celebration of the British tradition, executed with modern finesse. And its bottomless trimmings....make sure you have a big appetite. They also have some amazing deserts. Plus the staff were amazing, will definately heading back soon!

5 /5 Philip Pitcher: A beautifully presented pub where it’s clear that real effort, time and care are invested in both maintenance and aesthetics. There’s a good-sized car park to the rear, which is tidy and well lit. Inside, the atmosphere is fantastic — clean, spacious and welcoming. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and we felt genuinely well looked after throughout the evening. The food was truly delicious. It’s clear the team take pride in what they offer, with thoughtful specials and periodic menu changes that keep things interesting. I only wish I’d noted the names of the two servers who looked after us, as they were excellent. This will definitely become a regular spot for us. Absolutely worth a visit!

5 /5 Emily Glaser: Having been midweek previously and loving our experience we thought we should try out the Sunday roast. Wow, did this live up to expectation? Yes, it did. This is without doubt our new favourite roast lunch spot. Everything was cooked to perfection and just how we love it… And the bottom sides were an added bonus! The service was great, and we were met with a friendly smile and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning to our new favourite spot. 10/10.
