5 /5 Mesha B.: Theion was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish.
We started with the handmade pita and a mix of spreads, and the aubergine cream was easily my favorite. It was rich, smoky, and incredibly flavorful. We also had the marinated olives and the Epiros filo feta, which were both good and clearly high quality.
For mains and small plates, we ordered the chicken skewers, beef brisket croquettes, rib eye, grilled whole sea bream, pacherri pasta, and charred broccoli. Every single dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The pacherri pasta was my favorite because it’s especially rich and decadent, and the sea bream was perfectly grilled. You can tell there’s real care in the kitchen.
The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They even surprised us with a complimentary dessert at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch and really elevated the experience.
Highly recommend Theion and I will absolutely be returning every time I’m in Guilford!! 10/10
