Daughter of Zion This is one of my long-time favourites to visit with my kids cos we so much love pounded yam with ogbono soup, even kids love the suya as the pepper is not overpowering and well balanced. The food is always delicious, authentic to the core, and freshly prepared, but what really makes the experience special is the warmth and care from the team. Angel is absolutely amazing as shes always attentive, friendly, and professional and the owner is just as lovely and helpful. I really appreciate how family-friendly the place is. My kids always feel welcomed and happy, especially when we sit towards the front where they can watch their kids’ shows (Superbook), while adults at the back enjoy the cosy atmosphere with great music videos. It’s such a thoughtful balance that makes everyone comfortable. It’s rare to find a restaurant that combines great food, genuine hospitality, and a homely vibe so effortlessly, but Kay-Viva does it perfectly every time.

Lime Go here for lunch right now!! For less than 10 quid you get hot roti, curry and dhal - I also got some prawn toast for extra dipping potential and all car to £11. perfect portions for a filling lunch when you’re hungry - without feeling super bloated or wasting any food. Actual cardamom, star anise, bay leaf in the dishes. Super tasty. I took it to the William Morris park in the sun. I will be back!

Shir Mei Amazing food, delicious and would 100% recommend!! I ordered a really big batch of Jollof Rice for my daughters birthday party, not only was the Jollof Rice one of the best I have tasted (I have tried a lot of places in London and nowhere else really compares) it tastes authentic, fresh, homemade and traditional Ghanaian style but the service and quality was fantastic. Would highly recommend here and would definitely be ordering again. Thank you again!

Brian Dillon The food here was unbelievably good. I had a Jerk Bun and it was massive, and so flavourful. My partner had a cauliflower bun and it was also delicious. Plus, we had such a friendly waitress, wish I got her name to shout her out! Will definitely be returning

Scarlett Hammond What a fantastic range of cocktails as well as food. Enjoyed the Cuban Mai Tai and mojito as well as the Shakshuka was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere great staff couldn’t fault it will definitely be back. Matt along with all of the other staff were absolutely fantastic, seamless service from start to finish couldn’t ask for more.

Dino M This is a true gem in Elephant and Castle! The warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for an amazing dining experience. They offer a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality seafood at reasonable prices, making it perfect for sharing with friends. The Essex oysters, in particular, were absolutely delicious.
