5 /5 Tania: Its a really lovely spot with excellent service and a great atmosphere. It’s not the only place on the seafront, but good ones are hard to find here, and this one definitely stands out. Prices are very reasonable. I truly recommend it. There’s a summer terrace, and inside it’s cosy and beautiful. The staff are top-notch.

5 /5 Atlanta: absolutely loved our time at tidehouse! a fairly new opening in whitstable, and we’re so glad to have found it. gorgeous sea views, incredible roast dinner, lovely bottle of wine, and really friendly staff who made us feel proper welcome and went out their way to make sure we were looked after! we sat and watched the sun go down out on the deck, and for when it get’s chilly, there’s massive windows to sit by indoors, and get cosy - would recommend everyone to check out tidehouse. we’ll definitely be back, the scotch egg and gnocchi plates also look amazing!
