5 /5 Alexis Rosenberg: I couldnt leave the UK without having a pie - and I was able to get three! With their "pie tasting plate" I was able to have three classic British pies in one meal. Love it!! They had a load of other classic and speciality British pies on offer too!

5 /5 Pitcher Brian “Bmanpitt”: Well kind of a bit off the tower frenzy on the water but worth the short stroll. I really enjoy the unexpected moments. The welcome vibe by three staff members clearly not taxed at the time. It was slower also to my advantage for faster food service. This place does get really busy so walking by a few times staying close served me well. The exterior and interior looked great a clean well run pub. The service was impeccable at the bar. Friendly, curious, and great recommendations. The meat pie first one ever in England didnt disappoint. Rich savory gravy and meat cooked to perfection. Get the bed of potatoes. Thick rib sticking goodness in cold weather. A million pubs in this town but service at this one was notable. Loved the atmosphere and the vibe. Now I know why it gets packed. Order at the bar and listen for advice. Run with it aces in my book. I will hit this place again for sure.

5 /5 Leon Doyle: Although we were the only people in the pub when we went (it was a touch early!) it still felt welcoming and warm. The service was very friendly and most importantly of all, the Guinness was excellent! We didn’t try any food so I’ve skipped the rating. Would happily return for a pint or two.

4 /5 Samuel Brown: An all around good experience. Food was excellent, although I do feel if youre ordering fish and chips for almost £18, there should be more than 10 chips on the plate (minus 1 star for tiny portions). Otherwise very nice.
