5 /5 Tristan Sun: I recently visited Treasure of China and had a really great experience. You can truly taste the care that goes into their food, especially knowing that all of their dim sum is made in-house. That alone already sets this place apart from many others.
The char siu bao was soft and fluffy with a generous, flavorful filling. The custard buns were rich and smooth, perfectly balanced without being too sweet. I also loved both the chive and shrimp dumplings and the spinach and shrimp dumplings — the wrappers were delicate, the fillings were fresh, and the shrimp had a nice, firm texture.
What impressed me most is that everything is handmade by their own kitchen team, not factory-produced. It makes a real difference in taste and freshness. Treasure of China is definitely a place I would come back to for authentic, high-quality dim sum.
