1 /5 Nirmaljit Gill: Came into the shop for collection, got totally ignored by the staff member, did not once ask if I had placed an order, going back into the she actually sneezed into her jumper, once she came out said who next, yet there was only 2 people and she new I was standing there, she made her way to the other customer and said next and asked him for what he had ordered, then asked me and informed her collection order, when pointed out that I had been standing and she did not acknowledge me, she told me I should have spoken up, she made out it was my fault, this unacceptable behaviour. When she gave me my order, she said I should learn some manners. To this I replied you should use tissues before sneezing, I don’t need to be taught manners. I could appreciate if the shop was busy, in this case it was not, customers should not be treated like they are no body, customers are the reason why they have a job. With regards to manners, 58 year old women, who’s parents gave them best manners to talk to people and respect each individual person. I am shocked at this person’s behaviour, note I will be informing family members about this incident.
