2 /5 Luke: Mediocre… This appears to be a new restaurant with currently only 3 reviews.
We decided to eat here before our concert.
It appears that half the menu was missing.
So the pros were:
1. Some of the staff were friendly.
2. The music was good.
Cons:
1. The service was shocking, I don’t think they were prepared for the amount of people coming in due to a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium..
Customers were getting wrong orders, customers were asking where their food was, new customers weren’t being served.
2. We wanted to order a pizza - the woman told us there wasn’t any staff member to make the pizza.
3. We wanted to order the grilled salmon, this wasn’t available on the menu.
4. We ordered Halloumi with the option of rice or salad.. we wasn’t asked what we wanted, they just dumped a few grains of rice on our plate.
5. We wanted deserts.. but as it got so busy.. we were asked to leave the restaurant as they wanted our table for the next customer.
6. Customers beside us were worried they wouldn’t get to the show as they hadn’t even been served drinks.
7. Other members of my group shared there wasn’t any toilet roll in the female toilets.
8. Some of the staff didn’t speak English.
9. Customers beside us said they were worried as they hadn’t been served their drinks and were worried they would miss their show. As they hadn’t even begun their meal despite coming in around 30 minutes prior.
10. They charged an extortionate service charge.
11. They weren’t able to split the bill which was a lie as she inputted the price of the bill onto the card reader.
The food was nothing special, a glorified Nando’s and for the prices they charge it’s eye watering.
We expected Gordon Ramsey from Kitchen nightmares to come out due to the chaos of the service… it was shocking.
Make sure you leave a good few hours spare if you are going to a concert.
