1 /5 Vick: Come here for a wake and was absolutely appalled by the service that was received, we had a room booked out, food orders placed. When guests started to arrive for the guest we was told no food was being done! The one who had booked everything attended the pub the day before to confirm everything was in place, this is including all refreshments. We was told everything was ready for the next day. The owner was extremely rude, as the other workers. Absolutely disgusted by the service received from this pub. Would not recommend and would not be attending ever again!!!! This was 6th March 2026! Disgusting workers, owners and just the service altogether

1 /5 Jon Fairclough: Absolute disgrace of a pub. The security are rude and intimidating. Asked me and my girlfriend to finish our drinks 3 minutes before closing. To only have 5 of them surround us 30 seconds later telling us we had to move. They lied saying we were the only ones left in the pub which was clearly untrue when walking out. Disgusting manners from people that dont understand the British pub trade. This was once one of my favourite local pubs but has deteriorated since the new ownership arrived after covid. This is the 4th occasion me and friends have felt unwelcome with a obvious sense the management and staff dont care and appreciate the regulars. I have now decided I will never step foot in this pub untill the management has changed.

3 /5 NCP: The Camden is one of my locals i like to go to for easy drinks. After coming back from work I ordered a breakfast and im not even sure you can call it that. The sausages were like bricks. You expect some nice massive ones but they were disappointing when served. One was definitely microwaved as It felt like I was trying to cut concrete. Rest of the plate was nice and staff are very friendly though.

1 /5 Jessie Ryan: Came here as a group of 6, enough seats and wasn’t too busy for a Tuesday night. Had phoned ahead to check this time round they has steak, as when previously visited they didn’t. Fair enough we ordered 4 steaks however 30mins later we were informed there was only 1. Very disappointing, fair enough they had run out but the tills ideally should be up today with the stock and you would want to be told in 5mins not 30mins! After changing 3 peoples orders, one was for ham egg and chips and one was fish and chips with bread and butter. We were told they couldn’t give us a time on how long the food would be, but didn’t expect to wait 50mins! And if you didn’t know the wait time then maybe an inclining of time would have been helpful if it was to be over 30mins. So when waiting for all that time, the eggs were not runny, and the bread and butter for the fish and chips meal we had to get this from the bar and the butter was placed on the bread like the photo, unbelievable was totally un spreadable. Of course we got a refund for the difference but there was just no offer of any goodwill whatsover apart from serving us an extra bowl of chips as each plate looked to have a lack of chips. May be ok for drinks, but I just wouldn’t risk having a meal here due to timings and lack of service.

1 /5 Joe: This used to be my favourite local pub for the past 40 years. It’s had it problems but has always been a proper British pub that has its locals interests at heart. Not anymore. It’s now turned into an another unwelcoming business. People behind the bar who can’t speak or understand English properly. Wont be returning anytime soon.
