Clubhouse Restaurant - Berkshire

Paul Large Fun place for kids, plenty of lego to play with and some stage entertainment (rangers activity and lego figure photo opp), plus nice playground right outside. Staff very friendly and our dinners and breakfast were all great. They were very accommodating for gluten free with buns for burgers and other options.

gary brimson Back after many years to find the Restaurant in full swing which is great. We had a really nice server who was super helpful throughout. Food was first class, all courses. Very flavourful meats and the sauces/jus so rich. Nice to find cheeses which were slightly different to the usual standard fare and very tasty home made crackers to accompany. The one thing wed prefer is the quince and almond tart seemed more like a cake than a tart, but again very tasty. Good selection of wines, with a nice rest of the world selection. Wont wait as long to return again.

Kevin Saint Back again for a large birthday booking and I must say food and service was excellent! Went recently for a birthday, food was ok but service very disjointed. Young Waiter was pretty good and manged to bill the table in couples which made the final payments easier to work out for the big party. Need to sort out the hand dryer in the gents or need to leave some paper towels out. Good quality local restaurant. Plenty of seating. Staff friendly, pleasant and attentive. Nice draft lager. Open for Sunday lunch. Had many good evenings here, including Christmas eve.

HOKO Hong Kong Cafe - Tower Hamlets

Rating: 4.5 /5
G Honestly was very impressed with this spot, as someone who frequents Hong Kong yearly I always get the blues and cravings for cafe food whenever I’m back in the uk for too long. Firstly the interior and aesthetics are sooo clean, it depicts an olden day Hong Kong diner with the staff uniform matching the same theme too. Though there are queues lining up from opening throughout the day it seems to get progress pretty smoothly. The variety is not too big not too small so you can tell there are obvious signature dishes on the menu, I personally really like the fried squid tentacles as they were very rich in umami and crispy with the soy sauce chicken wings which are like the ones I had at home when I was younger. The portions are surprisingly also quite big and filling which is great with a side when dining with others, I personally preferred the cha siu over the pork chop as the pork chop was quite filling. Noodles were great and the egg was perfectly silky. Price wise obviously is more expensive than cha chaan tengs in Hong Kong but definitely worth the experience the nostalgia and taste of Hong Kong in London for a decent price point. They also have their in house homemade Hong Kong milk teas! Would definitely go again!!

Tony Inegbedion Had an outdoor barbecue and all guests raved about how good the food was. The suya catered to the meat lovers and there was a choice of options for vegetarians. In addition, the staff were lovely and very helpful throughout the day. I am looking forward to the next occasion I will be able to patronise your services. Thank you so much

Bali Pan Asian Cuisine - East Sussex

Arry Tapiheroe The menu here is quite small but the food is absolutely fantastic and tastes truly authentic. We ordered the Nasi Goreng and the Satay Tofu, and both dishes were full of flavour and beautifully prepared. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the cooking. The food feels comforting, satisfying, and memorable. The place itself is, like the menu, quite small and cosy. However, it is a wonderful place in Brighton if you’re looking to enjoy delicious and authentic Indonesian cuisine. Highly recommended!
