1 /5 Mia Cosar: This is no doubt the worst dining experience I think I have ever had. The waiters and waitresses were so unprofessional and slow. I felt like taking my own plates into the kitchen and washing them myself after asking for a menu for dessert and waiting another 45 minutes I had had enough. I then asked the waiter if they were short on staff which he replied. no I would avoid this restaurant at all cost and drive at least an extra 50 miles for any other dining experience bar this One. Avoid, avoid avoid

1 /5 Teresa Chan: Pay extra for nice coffee. As a hotel breakfast, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine which offers different variety of coffee like latte , American, mocha . So don’t expect hot chocolate for the kids. They just provide you a jar of hot Americano , add sugar and milk yourself. If you are a person who need a nice coffee to start a day, sorry you have to pay extra for Costa coffee which you can buy from them. Variety of food - travelodge or premier inn does a better job, Pancakes are cold, they don’t offer to reheat your pantries.

4 /5 4062 H: The chicken skewers were pretty good, tasted nice and cooked well, a good salad and decent bread. The ribs were also pretty tasty so quite happy with the quality of the food plus the portion sizes are generous. The only negative would be the price of the food and drink which is a little steep. Lots of staff who were all friendly and accommodating. The best thing about this restaurant is the surroundings. A lovely, clean space with comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the safari area. Overall a pleasant experience.
