4 /5 Katie S: The food was really good. We had both gluten and gluten free pizza and both were exceptional. The toppings were immaculate, and the sauces & oils complimentary. The issue is with the service. One member of staff she was lovely, the other…. Awkward and had an AirPod in even when taking our order. The staff also seemed awkward and didn’t know what we meant when asking for boxes and they just stood around awkwardly…. Made for interesting service but food is the main thing and that was good!

1 /5 Oliver Wheble: I order from here all the time as it is unique and tasty. I just ordered a takeaway, the garlic bread was plan and dry with no taste especially any garlic! The charcoal vegetable sausage truffle Gorgonzola and honey pizza was cold, the base was more grey and spongey instead of black and crispy. It was like they used dye on regular flour but charged me for the real base. There was no truffle and barely any honey….i will never go back. In edition I emailed their operations as requested but never got a response!

5 /5 Amira Damji: Food and service were amazing, I ordered the Parmagiana and it came quickly with an amazing fresh tomato sauce. Still tasted amazing the next day as I couldnt finish the whole pizza at once. Only comment is that its a small place so would be hard to fit a large group in without booking in advance. Also the service was great, the server moved me away from the draft coming in from the door as soon as a table was free so thank you very much! The chilli oil on the side was also really tasty!

1 /5 Pedro G: My partner and I were really looking forward to a nice pizza after the theatre. Considering the pizza is 17 pounds, one would expect it to be delicious with a lot of nice ingredients. This pizza was dry and bland / had no ingredients on except a white sauce. It would have been inedible without the chilli sauce and the stuffed crust (which was quite tasteless too), it would have been plain bread. Unfortunately, it was a very bad ending to a good night. The waitresses didnt ask if we were enjoying the food either, as I assume they understood how bad the pizza looked and could see our expression when it came. I would never come back here and is making me question whether the quality of Zia Lucia has generally gone down. Previously, I have been to the branch in Holloway road and liked it.

1 /5 Greta Catania: xtremely poor service and highly unprofessional behaviour from the staff, particularly the shift manager on duty. While I was attempting to obtain information about my missing pizza, I could clearly hear staff members laughing and giggling in the background, which was completely inappropriate. I asked for the restaurant’s email address in order to file a formal complaint; however, the shift manager stated that she was not aware of it and then provided an email address that was completely incorrect. Fortunately, I was able to obtain the correct contact details myself through the restaurant’s official website. I placed an order on Uber Eats for the Festive Feast for 2, yet only one pizza was delivered instead of two, as a result of which my partner was left without any food. This level of service is unacceptable.
