5 /5 Doug Neilson: Two-level Bunker, about 50 feet down. Associations with WW2 and Churchill. Dark & damp. Not a great deal of content, but very evocative site. Interior is very plain, with many rooms, and somewhat ruinous. Steep stairs. Some electrical and air-moving machinery left. Only open on very selected days like Open House weekend. Well worth a visit if youre interested in WW2, Bunkers and other such murky things.
