Nathan Darcy Giving 5 stars, despite a couple issues I dont think its worth losing a rating for! Me and my partner went for bottomless tapas. It was explained to us how it works, and staff were on top of things despite definitely needing an extra person on a fairly busy Sunday lunch! We were served by both Ellie and Jaiya who were friendly, helpful and quick to get whatever you need and checked in regularly to see if we needed any more drinks etc. Didnt catch the name of the guy behind the bar but he was equally lovely (we went 25/01/26). Downsides: firstly, we didnt enjoy the patatas bravas. We thought it needed some herbs or spices or something because it just seemed like bits of potato in some sauce and didnt have much flavour. Basically everything else we had was very tasty except that one! Final issue is, if youre going to serve cocktails with popping boba in the bottom, please provide straws that can accommodate the size of the boba. Otherwise you either have to waste it, or hook them out with a fork! Thanks for our lovely date out. Was definitely worth the money and we had a great time

Lesley Huzzey We visited here whilst staying locally and had an enjoyable evening. From start to finish it was great with no complaints. There was a good menu choice and the service was brilliant. We chose the soup - Broccoli and Stilton and prawn linguine to start with. Followed by fish cakes and the mushroom and beef stroganoff. We finished with the cheese board. Everything was delicious and can highly recommend. We plan to return as soon as possible.

Ayumu Shigeta Lovely fireplace and really friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal—the Scotch egg and chips were great, and they pour a decent pint of ale, too.

rebecca gutteridge Wow I was not expecting this pub food to be this level. The smoker produced exquisite meat and the smoked tomato salad was incredibly tasty. The level of food I would expect at a high quality restaurant. Really lovely staff.

Ivana Forman Lily was amazing, very friendly and attentive. Steaks were fabulous, had the butchers block. Rump not as good as the fillet and ribeye, marrow wonderful,salads full of flavour dressings. Onion loaf was delicious. Extremely good. Sorry about photos, we tucked in and forgot to take before eating!

Kate Giulianotti Best thukpa with momo I’ve ever had. So flavourful and the pork momos were savoury delights. Would definitely return for another bowl!
