1 /5 E L: Huge food safety issue. This is now the second time that I have ordered a prawn dish and been given chicken. On one occasion I bit into the chicken which is hugely disappointing as a pescatarian who does not eat chicken/ meat and have not done so in 20+ years. I called on both occasions and they were not apologetic in the slightest, telling me to come and collect another or it would take ages for delivery. In addition to this, the dishes were cold despite me ordering and collecting within 20 minutes, so clearly not made fresh. Do not recommend. Poor service. Will not be ordering again.
1 /5 Craig Wiggins: Don’t bother going here at all, spent almost £20 on chicken balls, crispy chilli beef, prawn crackers and what seems to be half a portion of chips!!! Absolute day light robbery
1 /5 Arif Muktadir: Ordered food then cancelled right after since I made a mistake they charged me and took my money from my account didn’t refund me a penny back I rang them up they said you will get a refund of course they’d lie to their customers because I never got a refund im not impressed since this was my first time ordering from them and they absolutely ruined the experience just to earn some extra money by robbing their customers. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD
1 /5 Shannon: The WORST takeaway we have ever had!! It arrived over an hour late from when it was supposed to arrive. We pre ordered at half past 4 and it didnt arrive until 6:45!! They missed off our prawn crackers even though we paid for them. There was no egg in our egg fried rice, and the curry sauce was so gross it had a thick layer of oil just sitting on top! It was so watery! Tried to call and speak to the manager to complain, but we were told he doesnt go in and was given his mobile number which he didnt even answer!!
I have never written a complaint in my life on here, but there is no other way to complain about our order! Please dont waste your money. Not a happy customer!!
1 /5 Heidi Kirwan: Terrible service. Would be helpful if when you call they can actually understand what is being ordered.
Ralu Catana Beautifully run family business, cosy ambience, balanced, yummy food and friendly staff. Avocado on toast with roast tomatoes for me today (vegan adapted on request) and eggs benedict for my mum. If you happen on Chesham High Street, Junction will not be your cheapest choice - as good things never are, but you will depart a satisfied customer.
Max Griffiths Honestly, this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust is beautifully crispy on the outside and the toppings are all freshly prepped, flavourful, and generously layered. Every bite was packed with awesomeness, just the right amount of cheese with a rich beautiful tomato sauce. I always opt for a pot of garlic mayo to dip my crust.
Quick service and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
I doubt you will find a better pizza this side of Buckinghamshire.
Adrienne Rowland Really small place on the high street, I would suggest booking ahead. But wow such nice pasta. Seriously I am going to get so fat now that I know this place exists. The ice cream was also like super nice, I had strawberry and could tell they used actual strawberries for flavouring rather than packing it with flavouring syrups. Service was good too, a young lady served the entire place on her own - well done!
Rosie Washford Mower Had a lovely meal, as always, here, pushing the boat out a bit as our son was home. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is well-presented and delicious. We were especially impressed by the sea bass, mixed grill and the aubergine and stuffed mince mezzes. We enjoyed some Lebanese beers and wine, too. We’ll definitely be back!
Maksym Mathea Brim Chesham Burgers is a great spot if you want a proper, filling burger. The meat was juicy, the buns were soft, and the flavours were on point. Service was quick and friendly too. Will 100% be coming back.
