Belgique Cafe and Patisserie - (Near Redbridge, South East)

2 /5 Jye: Ordered two smoothies paid £6.55 each and I watched the guy go to co op and return with a smoothie to use for the smoothies I purchased. No real fruit it was just purée. Do not recommend

1 /5 Nalan AHMETREİSOĞLU: Dog-friendly in appearance, not in reality. I was warned by the manager because my dog was “too active” and allegedly spreading fur, and was even told I could sit outside in cold weather. This made me very uncomfortable. I had already chosen a quiet corner not to disturb anyone, and other dogs were present in the café at the same time. If normal dog behaviour is a problem, then this place should not be labelled as dog-friendly. Please don’t use dogs as a marketing tool if they are not genuinely welcome. I won’t be returning.

1 /5 Tayla E: Came with my family for breakfast, paid £5 for some jam on toast for my 3 year old who couldnt even eat it as the toast was rock solid. I ordered eggs benedict and the poached egg was hard boiled. When I then asked for a runny yolk egg I was served a pretty much raw egg! Awful food, rubbish service. Nobody even cared when I complained. Will never return

4 /5 Sam A: Since the renovation, the cafe looks much nicer and has a better menu overall. But the new female staff are rude and not attentive. We had to keep asking till we actually went to find our own cutlery and napkins and they also served our warm dishes as cold on the plates. Poor staff attitude and no professional customer service.

5 /5 Ruslan Tudorean: I visited Belgian Cafe with my family on Friday. Even though it was busy, we were impressed by the quick and friendly service. The food was fresh, tasty, and perfect for a family dinner. The cozy atmosphere made us feel welcome, and we will definitely come back!
