stuart brown Went there last night, valentine’s dinner. It was amazing. Scallops for starters (delicious) The chateaubriand that my wife and I had was great. The deserts were delicious too. Cocktails were spot on (better than the ones I make at home). Service was just right, not too much but attentive and professional. We had a great time and will definitely return. Charlotte Costello Honestly this exceeded all my expectations. The staff are beyond friendly, it’s a clean and well run place. Food and drinks all very reasonably priced. The bar had a wide variety of alcohols and soft drinks. We stopped in for an early lunch and wasn’t dissapointed! We will be returning for sure and I highly recommend this place for families.

Luke Ratcliffe Had a really lovely visit to The Pepper Box Inn. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the pub has a great traditional feel to it. The food was excellent — well presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with good quality ingredients. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Service was smooth and we didn’t feel rushed at all, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall a fantastic place for a meal and drinks. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Elaine Forster Set in the lovely town of West Malling close to the M20 so very easy to get to. This restaurant was a delightful find. The food is delicious and well priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and will definitely return. The manager Kate gives a warm welcome to customers and ensures, through her passion, that her young team are attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere evident. The chefs produce superb, tasty dishes that are well presented. Sunday lunch was delicious. The beef tender and generous in portion size. Roast potatoes, crispy and hot. Gravy that was replenished to accommodate those who like a lot. Lovely Yorkshire pudding. A real treat and relaxed meal enjoyed.

richard tinsley First time visiting here. It was a Saturday night and quite busy. Doesnt look great from the outside, but dont be put off! An excellent restaurant, really lovely inside, great service. Most importantly the food was delicious. Will be going back, for definite. Many thanks for a lovely evening

Marie Bilton We had our first Christmas Day lunch away from home this year and it was the most wonderful day. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was great and the staff were 10 out of 10. Will be visiting more in 2026, already considering next Christmas Day.
