Fenchurch Restaurant - (Near City of London, South East)

Sharon Smith We’d not pre booked, it was early Monday afternoon (22nd Dec)…we had our very small cavapoochon & they were very welcoming. It’s fair to say they don’t openly advertise a dogs welcome policy, but if you ask & they can accommodate your pooch they will (subject to other guest bookings). The food was excellent, the service very good. I appreciate the comments about the house wine costs, service & cover charge - this is London!!! An independent & authentic restaurant of very good quality food…what’s not to like? We would definitely return - thank you Giorgio’s we loved it.

Roselle We ended up at Barcelona Tapas Bar by accident after a change of plans - and we’re glad we did. The food was great, portions generous, and everything felt authentic. The sangria was especially good, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. The space has a relaxed, cosy feel that made for a really nice evening. Would definitely come back.

Dai Tree An extraordinary, simple but smart pub and kitchen tucked away down Mitre street in the heart of the city. Great beer with plenty of choice for us "lager louts" and Pride +Olivers available for the "Cask boys". Wonderful service and a jolly disposition from the staff. I love the deep emerald green tiles and wood adorning the place, a real marker for a London pub. A huge "Gin Palace" downstairs, ready for a party. It all looks wonderful. Love the tip to sailing with the nautical flags on the stairs. It all made me smile!

Will Brown We ate here yesterday with a friendly client. I love what the team have done with the space - it’s a beautiful room to sit in, and the terrace at the rear similarly a great spot for a drink a chat. The food was tasty, and whilst we could have possibly just about eaten a dessert the portions were plentiful. Had the sharing platter to start and each had pasta dishes - all went down well, and we enjoyed the waitress’ suggested wine pairing too. Go for the gorgeous listed building space and environment, and come back for the tasty food!

Alex Lee Fabulous end to a great mystery tour of the financial district. Yes the beer is quite expensive, but you are in the financial district so dont expect a cheap beer! The pub has an amazing history all the way back to Roman roots (and foundations!) to more recently being a bank. Wonderful charm to the place and nice friendly staff.

Alex The Traveler The food was great. I had the ribeye and my partner the fish. The atmosphere is great. The service is on top with competent and friendly staff.
