5 /5 Brad Istace: The food here is so beautiful that you almost dont want to eat it, but Im glad I did, because it tastes even better. Everyone had something completely different and we all loved the food. We went late, so we were the only ones there when we arrived. It is a smaller restaurant, so I imagine it could fill up rather quickly. If you are in the area and are looking for some Japanese cuisine, do yourself a favour and make sure you try Kenta.

5 /5 Alex Hasselbach: Kenta is the best sushi I’ve had in the UK - it’s close to Japan quality. It’s valued well - not too pricy and seriously delicious. Atmosphere is great and chill, food comes quickly. I honestly don’t know why it’s not more busy. Highly recommend

4 /5 J.: Decent chirashi-zushi don. The wasabi had no taste though. Its hard to find real wasabi outside Japan, but its usually replaced with horseradish. Here it was not even that as it had no effect at all, even eaten directly on its own. Just an undescribable green paste. The teriyaki bentō was ok, although there was too much shōyu in the teriyaki sauce and too much vinegar in the salad. Before ordering we asked the staff whether the soy-based broth in the rāmen was soy sauce or miso, but she didnt understand. I asked her to ask the chef but the answer was that it was chicken bouillon, an incoherent answer as that doesnt describe the soy-based part. So we avoided the rāmen as they didnt seem to understand the basics of Japanese rāmen culture.
