1 /5 CHANTIX: I thought I had found my new regular, however on my second order they had delivered me an incorrect order after closing time. I wanted a mixed meat chow mein and recieved a vegetable one instead. I was literally gutted and they had closed. I called the next day as I placed the order on their luckyfamily website and they had already closed. Man on the phone was very aggressive, no customer service no apology no compassion just sheer rudeness! Almost like what you telling me for vibes,for no apparent reason. Attitude is terrible and if that’s the kind of wicked people cooking the food I don’t want no parts. DO NOT ORDER THEIR CHILLI OIL ITS JUST OIL! I was shocked to find half a teaspoon of actual chilli flakes the rest of it was just oil SEE PICTURES…Avoid!

1 /5 ayo apatira: Tried to make an order with them today, and I called up regarding my allergies and allergens. The person on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive of my allergies, you could tell he didn’t give a toss. I didn’t end up making my order as I could already tell there was a blatant disregard for allergies and all they care about is money

5 /5 Eve Brady: The best Chinese takeaway in the area, everything I’ve had from here has been delicious, arrived on time and they often include freebies like spring rolls, prawn crackers and chicken wings! Would recommend the crispy chilli beef and black bean chicken
