5 /5 AJ luvzlondon: Early dinner for two at Melisi in Ruislip (our local Italian). My wife had the Saporita pizza and I had the Pasta Salsiccia e Tartufo. Both dishes were excellent our the total bill was about £36. Highly recommended.

4 /5 Punita Shah: 2nd visit to the restaurant. 1st visit was amazing and the mushroom truffle pizza was out of this world. 2nd visit we ordered starters and mains. After having starters we waited half hour before staff asked if we were ready to order dessert and we said we havent even had mains yet. The taste of the pizza was much different to the first, not sure if it was a different chef. Overall the service was good, staff friendly and food was ok 2nd visit.

4 /5 What you need to know!: Overall: ★★★★☆ Food: Neapolitan (Southern Italian) Not my preferred style of pizza so I can’t and won’t down rate it because of that. A strong four stars overall though for this Ruislip pizzeria with a decent pasta menu and open kitchen which is a nice to see. Very good, helpful and attentive service. Great for families. What I liked: • Nice clean, bright restaurant • Friendly, helpful service • Nice, tasty pasta • Short but decent wine list priced well • Generally good price points What I didn’t like: • The ‘focaccia’ is more like pizza bread and not proper focaccia at all which was disappointing and priced too high for what you get. • High price point for the pizzas especially for one out of central London with much lower overheads Do I recommend going? YES Will I go again? YES Was it good value? YES Price Point: $$
