5 /5 Elizabeth Knapp: love the pub atmosphere and the staff are great, had great service from Vijay. Food was a tad of a miss this time but I think it was a supplier issue rather than a Chef issue. I will return.

5 /5 Dee P: Beautifully decorated gastropub with welcoming and polite staff. I ordered a passionfruit mojito and I could actually taste the alcohol despite the amount of ice cubes-very nice! I wouldnt reccommend the olives unless you prefer your olives flavourless with just olive oil and sundried tomatoes. The duck and pineapple salad was delicious, I would say it needed some sort of ju or sauce to go with the duck to give it a little moisture. The Rotisserie chicken meal could have been seasoned a little more but it was moist, tender and delicious however it could have done with something refreshing on the side like a salad or green beans. The thin cut and rustic thick cut chips were very nice. The childrens chicken strips meal was a good portion however the chicken was quite dry. The toilets are wonderful to walk in to, smelled and looked clean as well as decorated pleasantly. Lastly, if youre type 1 diabetic, they have their carbohydrates pre-calculated via a QR code on the menu which is super helpful! Would dine here again if we were to be in the area in future!

5 /5 Chloe: Came in for the set lunch menu and ate in the bar. Service from Megan & Jamie was great and food was fresh & hot. The lunch menu is very good for the value, 2 courses £21.95!! Lovely cocktails made by the barman Joe!

5 /5 Edward Buxton: Couldnt have been happier with our lunch. 1st time, and certainly not our last. We also live in Wimbledon!. Superb service from Emily, and her new team Member Jess. Such clear options for my wife being a chronic Coeliac. Very efficient iPad style menu. Surprisingly good Red Wine list. Could not fault them. Charming atmosphere and very, when necessary, attentive. Fabulous menu also.. Thank you and look forward to returning.

2 /5 Le Critique: Im a bit disappointed by this place to be honest. It was recommended by a couple of friends for a roast, so maybe my expectations were too high? Upon arrival I was told that I had cancelled by booking, I explained that I definitely had not, the staff member (I assumed a manager) then attempted to argue with me about it... eventually he gave up and found me a table... I mean, was you going to turn me away because your obviously incorrect computer was wrong. Id travelled 20 miles to get there, I wouldnt have bothered if I had cancelled it. Whatever, mistakes are made and after about 10 mins we got a table. Unfortunately though that wasnt the end of the let downs. We both ordered the trio of roasts (beef, pork and chicken) mine was fine. But they served my wifes without the pork, I had to ask for it... the manager didnt seem to be happy about me enquiring if it could be added. Strange. The roast was also quite poor. Dry, underseasoned meats, soggy roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings that seemed like they were cooked the day before (doughy and dry). I noticed a lot of people leaving their yorkshire puds. The menu also stated crackling as part of the trio of roasts, neither my wife or I got crackling. We also ordered a side of potato dauphinois, they was literally the worst ive ever had, underseasoned, undercooked (raw) and soggy. When it came time to pay the card machine wasnt working, so had to wait an eternity at the bar to pay while people were ordering drinks and paying for their own dinner. All in all it was pretty poor bordering on awful and certainly not worth the money. I csnt recommend this place until they make some serious improvements. Its a shame, because i wanted it to be good, but it just wasnt good at all. The food looks nice, but its really missing the mark, and the managers customer service is abysmal.
