5 /5 Amazon Rainforest: Pleasant cosy Nandos. Good transport links re busses. Can get quite busy. My colleague encountered a long queue at the counter when she went to order, however alternatives for inhouse restaurant ordering. Good customer services.

3 /5 Zulqarnayn hussain: So 10th of feb we wanted to do a dinner with all our colleagues. As we has a big team around 15people i went in lunch time to see if i can book the table. The manager was Superb. He confirm Nicely that we dont take booking its first come first service. But we will do our best to fit u all in. As per our plan i went first to grab the table. As our company its 1min walking distance from nandos one of nandos staff is our regular customer. First thing i saw her " armani" I gave her a smile and said " wow its u here i came on lunch time didnt see u. Its good that u here we need a table for 15. Without any smile she replied " why its good that im here, we dont do any discount " i said who is asking discount from u? Again she replied just to confirm there will be no discount " Realy!!! Just because u come to take service at our how u assume that we are looking for discount from u!!! I smile and say i came this afternoon but i didnt have any word with the manager about discount. Ther some kind of misunderstanding. Honesty u dont expect this kind of welcome. But aside from that the whole team was good and food too. Nothing personal but what i felt it wasnt good. Way rude. One attitude can ruin the whole evening. There is nothing wrong to give a warm welcome or smile or be polite. ❤️

1 /5 Rowan Hopper: We went to Nando’s last night for dinner after planning it for over a month and were excited, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. Our first table had 2 ants crawling on it and staff didn’t seem particularly concerned when we raised this and asked to move tables. After ordering, we waited 30 minutes without even receiving cups for drinks and had to chase this up, only to be told there was a minimum 30-minute wait for food. This was something we were never informed of when seated. We eventually received our food after around 40 minutes. My partner’s loaded chips were cold and had to be sent back, and while my chicken thighs and sides were tasty, they were only warm rather than hot in temperature. The restaurant atmosphere also felt tense due to how busy it was, and the stress from both the supervisor and the kitchen was very noticeable. While the waiting staff were apologetic, and the supervisor to some extent, nothing could be done at the time other than advising us to email a complaint. Overall, not the experience we expected, especially for a £40 meal.

5 /5 Mr Tank: Im not regular to Nandos but went yesterday evening with some Football parents, for our boys to enjoy a meal as they dont get to see each other very often due to their own football paths. However the service was top tier from all the staff. We arrived for 5:30pm and didnt leave until almost 9pm and not once did we feel rushed to leave the restaurant depsite it becoming busy. So thanks you to the staff on for making our evening enjoyable. Cant say Ive felt comforable to just enjoy the company and food within a restaurant for a good while.

3 /5 Mae L: Went there for dinner last night and the food was okay. Just your standard Nando’s but they brought our drink cups with the starters and literally 2 minutes of us getting our starters we got all our mains all at once when we hadn’t even started on our starters. Was too busy getting our drinks and the mains are already there. The service is MEH! Like the servers all looked miserable being there. The service is just so pushed to have these fast turn overs and it’s just a rushed experience. Edit: Because I can’t reply to the comment by the owner! The review was not based on the food, like I mentioned it’s just your standard Nando’s but the issue was with the service. You have to let the people finish their starters first before you bring in their mains! By the time the starters were finished the mains were cold already because you guys literally gave us the starters and then didn’t even check if we were finished with the starters and brought out the mains straight after.
