Syvaren Ordered a party platter, three mains and five starters…and the very friendly staff had it all ready in no time at all. Bearing in mind that all the sushi was made fresh, it was amazing it was all ready in 40min ready for me to pick up. On top of that, they also gave me a free gift of desserts, which was a wonderful touch (Three different packs of Japanese sweets, which were very tasty and are now a new future item to always buy!) Last but certainly not least…the quality of the sushi was simply fantastic. All of my guests individually came to me and asked the source of the food, as it was just that delicious. And these are folks who regularly indulge in sushi in London, so one should thus know the food at this Kokoro branch is simply superb! Bravo!

Core Active This was our first time visiting the Queens Head, me and my mum are moving to the area soon so we thought wed check out the local pubs. We were so glad to come across this one, not only was it accommodating for our dog, the tipi where we were situated was perfect! Cozy, warm, festive and friendly. A special mention has to go to our waiter Zeke, who was brilliant! Super attentive, ever so helpful, and friendly, when you come across someone like this it makes all the difference! And definitely makes us want to visit again which we will be doing once we move. Thanks Zeke for being so great at your job, we hope theres a Xmas bonus coming your way! And what a great pub, I forgot to mention the food was amazing! I will be recommending this place to everyone.

NiBl 72 An outstanding evening meal for a family birthday. This is the second time I have eaten here and it really is superb. Beautifully decorated, with luxury touches. The menu is detailed so needs to be studied. The food is cooked and presented to perfection. Even the salad leaf, tossed in oil tastes amazing! We were a party of 5 and ate starters, mains, just 1 dessert and coffees. Everything we had was exceptional. The owner greets you like family and really makes the experience a special one. We visited on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy.. this isn’t surprising considering the quality of food, service and ambience. One of the nicest local restaurants I have been to. Highly recommended.

Pat Keeling Such a wonderful place to come for a special family occasion or just for lunch. Yesterday we enjoyed our family Christmas get together here with the delicious festive menu enhanced by our favourite, sticky toffee pudding. Plus a kilo of those fabulous chicken wings! Absolutely amazing food and service. All the staff were so kind, attentive and helpful. This is the fourth time we have celebrated our family Christmas at the Kings Arms and we have made some wonderful family memories and lovely photos. Thank you and happy Christmas to you all.

christopher pay We had a lovely weekend stay in a very clean and comfortable accessible room behind the main building. Chocolates, classical music and a personal welcome greeted us in our room, which was a very thoughtful touch. Lovely, friendly staff, nice casual atmosphere, great location on Dorking’s Main Street, with easy access to all local pubs and restaurants. Although the pub restaurant is very good, so you don’t need to go anywhere else if you just want flop! Will certainly return when the weather improves…
