Popeyes Louisiana Chicken - (Near Hammersmith and Fulham, South East)

4 /5 Steven: I brought my family here on Thursday, including my 9-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son. The food was absolutely delicious and good value for money, we all really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an incident while we were there. An argument occurred between the staff and an aggressive delivery driver, which quickly escalated into a physical confrontation. The driver became quite aggressive, attempted to strike a staff member, and at one point knocked over a tray of utensils. The staff were trying to calm the guy down and ended up having to force him out of the premises. This was quite frightening for my wife and children, who were understandably upset and concerned that the individual might return. It took away from what would otherwise have been a very positive visit. It’s a real shame, as the food and overall value were excellent. Hopefully this was a one-off incident, as we would otherwise be happy to return.

But if you are going to order 6 pieces of chicken for £11.99. you cannot choose request the part of chicken. Because I dont eat wings and legs. And they said to me. I can only have 3 pieces of chicken and the other 3 would be 2 small wings and legs or 2 small legs and a piece of wings. Its disgusting popeyes louisiana food chain. And I told them I dont eat wings and legs. But they said to me. Does how it really works. So I am very disappointed. So I just ask my money back and then I top my card to get my money back. Because its my last money on my card so Im expecting it would get my money on my card. So I wait. And check on my card if the money is already there... I ask the staff how long it will take my money on my card? He said 15mins. So Ive been waiting for 15mins and one person came to me his name is Ahmed Mohammed he said to me. It will take 24 hours to 48 hours to get my money back. I was really disappointed because Im startving I just got from work and it is my last money on my card. I explain to them how will Im going to eat my dinner if my money will take 24 to 48 hours to get it back. They just told me they cannot do anything about it. So I just left the restaurant with empty stomach and really2 tired and frustrated. They dont care about the customers they just care about their income. This is from hammersmith popeyes
