5 /5 Juliet Yang: First time visiting the UK and Brighton for my graduation ceremony, and I randomly discovered this pub. It’s absolutely a must-visit. The atmosphere is cool and cozy, with a great selection of beers.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming (shout-out to Paul, Ben, and the chef!). I ordered the chicken burger (something I’d never tried before) and it completely surprised me. So good! The chef even came out to check that everything was okay, which was such a thoughtful touch.
As an Asian female solo traveler, I felt completely safe and genuinely welcomed here. I loved sitting at the bar and chatting with the staff. I’ll definitely remember this place and will come back again.
