I tried Misal Pav, Vada Pav, and Masala Chai, and all of them tasted very good. For the food quality, I would give 4 out of 5. However, my experience with the service was disappointing. They mention a 10% student discount, but when I showed my Student Beans and UNiDAYS verification, the staff insisted on a physical student ID card, which was not clearly mentioned anywhere. Such conditions should be communicated explicitly in advance. Due to this lack of clarity and transparency, I would rate the service 1 out of 5. Clear communication is important for a good customer experience. Thank you

4 /5 Nagaraj Tantri: Decent good food for quick bite. We ordered Tea, Veg Cheese Sandwich, Papdi Chat, Paneer Makhaani with Paratha’s. The Papdi chat and Sandwich were good. The Paratha was very hard and wasn’t good.

The atmosphere is vibrant and casual, perfect for a fast, flavorful vegetarian meal. You absolutely must try the Iconic Vada Pav and the Masala Tea, which are a perfect pairing, along with their amazing Parathas that are both rich and satisfying. PARKING: While there is no on-site parking, the Pavilions and The Chimes (Intu) car parks are both just a short walk away. TOILETS: Clean customer toilet facilities are available on-site. ACCESSIBILITY: The entrance is level and easy to access from the pavement, though the indoor seating is quite compact, which may be a bit tight during the busy lunch rush.

5 /5 Andronikos Panayiotou: Cheerful fast food place with a spicy twist. I recommend the vada pav and onion bhajia pav. The gajar halwa is also really nice if you fancy something sweet. The food here is great value and, honestly, I’d much rather eat their onion bhajia pav than a burger at one of the many American fast food places.
