1 /5 ebrahim kharodia: I was dining with my friend, Dr Guy O’Keeffe, and we have been regular customers of your restaurant for the past 3–4 years. However, our recent experience was extremely disappointing.
We arrived at 7:45pm, at which time there was a group of approximately 20 American tourists and ourselves. While our starters were served promptly within 15 minutes, we had also ordered our main courses, which did not arrive until 8:50pm. It was clear that the staff were prioritising the larger group, and our mains were completely overlooked.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially for returning customers. We left feeling frustrated and let down, and we hope you will address this issue to ensure it does not happen again.
