The Naughty Neighbour - (Near Lewisham, South East)

5 /5 Shashindri Boylesekera: We visited The Lawrence Arms to try The Naughty Neighbours restaurant residency there. We had their Sunday Roast and I can honestly say it was one of the best roasts I have ever had in my life. Each of the roast vegetable side dishes were clearly thoughtfully sourced and impeccably prepared. A special shout out to the cauliflower cheese and the parsnips which were utterly delightful. The beef was second to none, enormous amounts of flavour and cooked to perfection. The additional jug of gravy as a standard is always welcome too. But the standout for me of all things was the horseradish cream, full of flavour but didnt blow your head off, beautifully balanced and the perfect accompaniment to the beef. 1000/10!!

5 /5 Camilla OConnell: If you want food that is both exciting and flavourful but also cosy and comforting, leaving both your stomach and heart feeling full in the best way possible, this is the restaurant for you. Highlights include the mackerel pate, the fried chicken and the crumble (but really everything we tried was a real treat!)

5 /5 Emily Baines: What gorgeous food. We ordered a bit of everything on the menu and all of it was a solid yes from me (shout out to the bonbons we ordered twice). I know this is in a beer dispensary but this isnt pub food - its really sophisticated... but without the arrogance. PS: You absolutely have to order the crumble (you absolutely do *not* have to share it).

5 /5 Lucy Morris: Had dinner here and it was special. Menu is fantastic - perfect array of options to satisfy every taste bud. Particularly enjoyed the Korean fried chicken, fresh tuna, artichoke dip and earl grey crème brûlée.The pickle shot was surprisingly enjoyable too! Aside from the great food and drinks it’s a lovely spot - the decor is inviting and there’s a good vibe amongst the staff and customers. Can’t wait to come back.
