Don Grose We had a memorable visit to the Mirabelle and the Grand Hotel. Senior staff with service experience guided juniors in high standards. A charming and powerful, welcome feeling of traditional Victorian elegance and seaside decay was counteracted by a capable modern menu. The Grand itself made for a nostalgic location for a Saturday night drink after the food, with numerous bar and seating areas. A disco band reminded me of my seaside student times 40 years ago. A venue fighting against and succeding in holding back the tide and standing firm.

Paul Shanley So very good. We went in for lunch yesterday and had a thali, a few sides, some bread - all exceptional. The server is a lovely guy. The wait time wasnt too long. The food looked great as well as tasting great. Pricing was reasonable. The best Indian food weve had out in a long time. Were going back for lunch again today.

This is fine dining at its very best — beautifully presented plates, incredible flavours, and a real sense of care in every course. It’s definitely a treat and on the pricier side, but it was worth every penny, and the 50% off through FirstTable made it even better. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Bertie Hutchinson Myself, my parents and my big brother have just enjoyed an absolutely delicious breakfast courtesy of the very accomplished chef and kitchen staff. Exemplary service from the lovely Debbie- from the moment we entered we were greeted with a big smile and a friendly interaction. You get the feeling nothings too much to ask and although this is a popular spot, the atmosphere is very calm. We are all vegetarians and the options available are very good. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future!

Tanith West Gorgeous little Italian with great service and delicious food. Portion are exceptionally generous and value for money really can’t be beat. Excellent produce. You will be too full for dessert so make sure you take a tiramisu to take home!
