C “Machete” Amazing burger, best I’ve had for home delivery, juicy and tasty and plentiful

Alix I hadnt seen a review for a long time so thought I would quickly pop one on. This restaurant mainly functions as a takeaway, so the seating area is empty of decor etc. Thankfully another family were already sat down so we knew it was ok to dine-in. The service was so friendly and relaxed, just what we prefer. The speed was just right. We opted for a soup each (nice, but very gloopy) and then a set menu which included delicious crispy duck, followed by Kung Po chicken (which we had never had before, but was described as a sweet chilli sauce and reminded me of the one weve had in a jar before) and beef and vegetables in oyster sauce. There could have been more beef, but it was nice. Thank you.

Vikki Roberts Conveniently located next to the pavilion, always super smart and a warm atmosphere. The menu always has a couple of slightly unusual twists on classic dishes (as a vegetarian this is a big plus) and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The express lunch deal is very good value.

Sandra Brunton We, a party of 8, visited this establishment on Suday lunchtime. On entering we were aware of the welcoming and friendly atmosphere from staff and customers. Toby, our waiter, didnt take long to take our orders. He was very knowlegable regarding the menu, and was able to answer any queries. We all had starters that went down well. No complaints. Seven of our party chose either lamb neck or shoulder, the other, pork, for the main course. All meals were ample and well presented, and most importantly, HOT. The slow cooked lamb meat was very tender and fell off the bone. Extra gravy or condiments were brought swiftly to the table as requested. Seven of our party finished off their meal with a dessert. The rhubarb and ginger sponge was especially liked. We all had a nothing but praise for a great afternoon, delicious food, and excellent, friendly service from all the staff, especially our waiter, Toby. A footnote...Yes it was very noisy, but this is what happens when people are enjoying themselves and having a good time! We will visit again.

Clint B The food here is prepared with little care or attention and is exceptionally expensive for the swill that is served. Eat here at your own peril and if you literally have no other choice.

Tom Brown I was thoroughly impressed with my meal at Cosmo. There was so much variety and it was nice to try little bits from the different cuisines. The food was very high quality which was amazing given the amount of different options. Desserts were also super tasty and was again impressed with the amount of choice. Would of been nice to have some strawberries for the chocolate fountain however there is plenty of other things to have. Overall had a great time will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be returning, thanks
