Banh Mi Bay - (Near , london)

H C What a great little find this was. It was recommended by another little cafe, one of our new favourites, who sadly weren’t open. We got the days muddled up over the Christmas holidays. This is situated just behind the River Thames in Hammersmith and behind Riverside Studios. It also has a sister deli opposite. We almost went there and then we found this. Such a lovely cafe. Went for breakfast, lovely staff. Great atmosphere and tasty food. The photos looks like the baps are greasy but it’s just the type of roll (bun had a shiney crispy top). Only observation was that the baps were a little small, would be great if they just increased the size of these Definitely recommend! We will be returning. Jonny Hines I have ordered from here twice and always had fresh, delicious food. Ive just ordered for the third time. The negative reviews dont match my experience. They also called me up to check swapping an item was ok. Good customer service to boot. Thanks

Don R Campbell Warm welcome, informed and fun service accompanying the authentic food. 4 of us all very much enjoyed our food. In fact, our vegetarian friend said "This is the best arrabbiata I have enjoyed in my 60yrs." The veal was superb, subtle flavours, light breading. The salmon piece as a main was large and done to perfection (not overcooked as it often can be). The gluten free pasta (penne) portion was large and done very well. When in this neighborhood again, well return to try some of their other options. We sat upstairs, its cozy, comfortable and the glass ceiling added to the ambience

Daniela Drozd The vegetarian food here is honestly amazing – every dish we tried was bursting with flavour. I recommend the chilli paneer, vegetable Manchurian chow mein, and the vegetable manchow soup. Yes, the place does look a bit outdated and could use a refresh, but there’s a certain old-school charm to it that makes you feel relaxed and at home. Once the food arrives, any thoughts about the decor quickly disappear because you’re too busy enjoying what’s on your plate.

Damian Lubanski Place looks very cool from outside, big windows, bright, with wooden elements. Service was a bit cold but I dont mind that much. Very good food, particularly salt beef sandwich with quality bread but it begs for pickles inside. All items tested good, and croissant sandwich was probably the best Ive ever had.

Lucy Abbott Amazing food and great service. Lovely outdoor seating overlooking the common. Had one of the best english breakfasts i’ve ever had! Very affordable too!
