5 /5 Sean Dry: We had our wedding at Barton’s Mill and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the staff were incredible from start to finish—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Everything ran flawlessly and we felt completely looked after all day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Roy Hutton: Fantastic stay at Barton’s Mill. It used to be my local when I lived in Saxon Way. Lychpit. But moved away now living in Essex, I booked an overnight stay when having a procedure at the Hampshire clinic. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and really nice bunch across all shifts. Had a lovely dinner and the breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable. I was happy to see that the place has kept all its charm, they haven’t tried to modernise this historic building. Will definitely be back next time I’m passing through. Thanks so much.

5 /5 Laura Stuart: Had a big family gathering here for lunch on 22/02/2026 and can’t fault the staff, food or setting. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive, and everything was excellent. Evie in particular was incredibly friendly. Beautiful place - will definitely be back again!

5 /5 Jaesin Henry: Really good vibes here. Rooms are rustic with great personality, very clean, and huge. The service is incredible. With the pub just a few steps away from the bungalow-styled rooms, grab a pint or a meal and you wont be disappointed.

5 /5 Samantha C: Another great meal at Barton’s Mill! Delicious and plentiful roast pork, also had the beef roast and fish and chips all cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Friendly, helpful staff and great service. Lovely setting too especially in the summer. Dog friendly.
