Trevor Ray Weve been twice in two months and so the review is fairly balanced Id say. Weve had nothing but great service and great food. I really enjoy Nepalese cuisine it seems to fuse Indian and Thai/far East cuisine and for me its a great flavour experience. Portion sizes are also very good and so the value for money aspect is bang on. I have left very full each time. We did not wait long at all for the food, and each dish was fresh. Ordering one bowl of rice is good enough for 2 people. The menu is quite varied... Its not all curries and thats great. The giant prawn dish my wife had was the biggest prawns I have seen in London and super delicious. This is now one of our favourite spots in Twickenham.

Hugh Price Simple menu, simple, clean and cozy ambiance. The food is beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The starters came very quickly but you never felt rushed.

Kieron Maye I dined here for my birthday with my husband last night. The place is warm and intimate. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had the Tavern Gully land of wood & water "run a boat" Inna Peckham Rye, crispy curry lamb nuggets with 24Kt yellow gold curry dust, cucumber, scallion& curry gravy dip. It was delicious and piping hot. For my main I had Chargrilled suya spiced/ 30 day aged 8 oz sirloin steak/ smoked aubergine puree nested crispy garden egg/ okra twigs/ palm wine glaze. The presentation was outstanding and the steak was mouth watering. My husband had Chargrilled butterflied sea bass, stir fried pak choi with shredded carrots, sea lettuce, ginger, garlic, chard green lime, scallion/ red red sauce. It was so soft and delicious. As sides we had both the jollof rice & the plantain; both were sensational. We had a margarita and a glass of orange wine which were both great and lasted our entire meal. Would definitely recommend to try something a little different.

R Cook Found this place on Google and asked if they do delivery to the Crowne Plaza ; they do! Food really good and cheap. Recommend chilli squid and the ribs. Really nice friendly guy on the phone and I think same guy showed up in the lobby. Inluded some free prawn crackers and chilli oil. Splendid place.

T. V. Black Lamb is a place I return to with real pleasure. The cooking consistently reflects a deep respect for biodynamic and responsibly sourced produce, executed with confidence and restraint. The Sunday roast is a personal highlight and, quite simply, one of the best in the area: exemplary meat, beautifully cooked vegetables, and a sense that every element belongs on the plate. Equally impressive is the fish cooking, which is precise, elegant, and reliably spot-on — a clear sign of a kitchen that understands technique as well as ingredients.
