We’d walk past it almost every day really hoping it would reopen soon because it looked like it would be great. 5 years later happy to say it was more than worth the wait! Crispy pork belly is excellent, can’t wait to try more.

5 /5 Shashindri Boylesekera: We visited after hearing The Eastern Queen had recently reopened and we were blown away by the quality of the food and the attentive service. We had the crispy pork belly with rice, the boiled pork dumplings on chilli oil - both absolutely delicious. But the absolute star of the show was the Sichuan stewed beef brisket in chilli sauce which was UNREAL! So so good! They brought these adorable dish warmers as well and the decor was adorable, so nostalgic in the best way. Hands down the best restaurant in Catford. Loved it. ✨

5 /5 Eva Masmanian: Great food and service. We had the pork dumplings in chilli oil, sichuan beef brisket and the braised pork with tofu - everything was excellent and the vegetables in the mains were cooked to perfection. Welcome back!
