5 /5 Simon Bryant: I have been coming here for over 30 years, and I haven’t found a nicer place to eat some great food. The staff feel like family, and the owners are wonderfully welcoming. The food arrives fast, even on the match days with a lot of people there. Simply amazing, and I’ll never eat at another cafe. My favourite is a cheese omelette and chips, and I’m not even vegetarian! 4 /5 Ollie Betts: I popped into this little Kingston gem “just for a quick coffee” and somehow left three hours later emotionally attached to pancakes. The coffee was so good it made me briefly consider part of the member of staff The staff were ridiculously friendly — the sort of people who remember your order and your life story by visit two. The atmosphere hits that perfect balance between cosy and “I could absolutely pretend to be productive here.” Plenty of comfy spots whether you’re catching up with friends, hiding from your emails, or dramatically journaling like you’re the main character in an indie film.
