1 /5 Joseph I: I ordered an item and asked how long it would be, the response was 20-30 minutes, which was too long. I then asked for a refund and was told I "couldnt be given one" due to ordering from a kiosk, which seems like a pretty blatant lie. Customers are perfectly within their rights to ask for a refund prior to food preparation.
The food I then received was undercooked and presented awfully. Avoid this place at busy hours because food will be terrible. I dont like to give out bad reviews but the customer service here was horrendous, they claimed not to have a manager onsite and that if I wanted a refund, Id have to come back the next day? Obviously a lie and I plan to take this complaint further because GDK have given me a generic response via their complaint portal. Shame as Ive had a great experience at other GDKs.
EDIT: As you can see below, they don’t even look at your complaint just tell you to go to an online portal. Worst customer service I’ve received in my life, deliberately trying to force a no refund situation before food had started being prepped. Avoid completely.
