1 /5 nima momenzadeh: The only reason I’m giving 1 star is for the food, because the service was genuinely terrible. I’ve been to other branches and never experienced anything like this.
I ordered a starter, and within 30 seconds they brought the main course to our tiny table as well. When I asked them to take it back and hold it until we finished the starter, they looked upset. Later, when they brought my partner’s main, it was completely cold. I didn’t need a new dish, but at least warm it up for the customer. Meanwhile, my own food sat on the table for about 20 minutes, so she was just watching me eat and waiting. By the time her food finally arrived, mine was cold too.
In most restaurants, when they make a mistake like this, they take both dishes back and bring them out together. There wasn’t even a manager available to speak to. It really felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service just about charging people.
Other branches have lovely managers and staff, so I don’t know what’s going on with this one, but something is clearly wrong.
