Dean Roderick Visited here this afternoon with my Son and his friend, and played 2 hours of pool. What a great place. The quality of the pool table was just immaculate (and Ive played on enough dodgy pub tables over 40 years to appreciate the difference). A great way to spend a few hours with the boys. Big shout out to the friendly team behind the bar too. Well definitely be coming back thanks.

Colleen Evans Staying in the area with work and called in without a booking; I was immediately impressed with how busy it was for a Wednesday evening, always a good sign of a quality place! I was welcomed warmly and shown to a table. The food was amazing from start to finish and I was made to feel very well looked after. Its a shame I dont actually live nearby otherwise I would certainly be going back there!

Romir Singh Personally, my experience was great in the other kitchen. I was served by Guru. I can’t explain how courteous he was. He made it a simply sublime experience just from his presence. Friendly, welcoming, with a genuine care for the work he does. Will definitely come back. And look forward to meeting him again

Mike Day Worth a snack whilst waiting for the next train out or recovering from the last train ride. Ample room and a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Small bar area has a number of pumped ales and a cider. Good atmosphere in the tradition of the times.
