5 /5 Kibrom T: When seeking an Ethiopian restaurant in the Finsbury area of London, I highly recommend considering Kera. The staff members are courteous and attentive, and the quality of the food is exceptional. I am confident that Kera would provide a pleasant dining experience.

3 /5 Puss Johnson: Never had Ethiopian food before, my roots are Zanzibari so I only have that to compare it to but I found it quite bland and unfortunately the injera was very cold. Im not sure if this was just because it was a Tuesday night and it was empty apart from us. Nobody came to seat us, we had to go ask the three employees sitting at the back of the restaurant to serve us (we ordered the vegan sharer for two) we also werent offered any drinks and had to get up to ask them again. I dont drink alcohol, so I asked if they had any soft drinks and was told they only had beer?! So I just asked for water. The dishes were pleasant but quite bland, the value was good for the amount of food though, we had to take the rest home as we couldnt finish it. We also werent offered a finger bowl, which I thought was odd as we were eating with out hands! We felt awkward bothering them again so we just used the hand sanitiser I thankfully had in my bag.

5 /5 Rain Paul Mueller: Literally my favourite restaurant in London. This is the only place I’ve been able to find Tere Sega (raw meat) and Tej (honey wine). The meat is so fresh and tender- I highly recommend to anyone curious about authentic Ethiopian food

3 /5 Alekon Reviews: welcoming atmosphere that I really liked. Waiting 30–40 minutes for food seems common at most Ethiopian restaurants, and this was no exception. One thing that surprised us was seeing meat and bones being chopped with axe inside the restaurant, which felt a bit unsettling and Loud. Overall, the food was okay. The kitfo was decent, and the tibs were simply fried with little flavor. The cabbage could be improved it was just boiled, with no seasoning. Some of the meat was also slightly undercooked. On the positive side, our waiters was excellent and provided great service.
