Kimberley Maier Spent a night here after a flight cancellation. The check in process was simple, and we got our room keys quickly. We then went to the restaurant for a late dinner. The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive, and were also very knowledgeable about the menu and potential allergens. As others have mentioned, one lift was out of order but we didnt have to wait long for the one that was working.

Trifendy Sani I visited Galata Pera in Brentford (near Kew Bridge) as a Malaysian traveler looking for a good meal — and it turned out to be an amazing surprise. I ordered the lamb rib BBQ, and it was simply outstanding. The grilling technique was world-class — beautifully charred on the outside, juicy and tender inside, with a perfect smoky aroma that shows true mastery of the grill. Every bite was full of flavour and care. This isn’t anything like Malaysian food — it’s completely different — but that’s what made it so good. The flavours were pure Mediterranean, bold yet balanced, and the lamb was cooked to perfection. The restaurant had a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. Everything from the service to the presentation showed pride and passion for good food. Galata Pera is a must-visit in the Brentford / Kew Bridge area for anyone who loves expertly grilled meat and great hospitality. A five-star experience — I’ll definitely come back again!

Ana M How great to have such good indian food near our house! We loved the okra fries the chai that was not your typical very sweet chai! The whole meal was delicious and the people who tended to us, needless to say very hospitable!

Holly Wallis Myself , husband and 12 year old son all stayed here for one night. The room was comfortable, clean and we slept like a log. Breakfast was a great experience, the chef was very lovely and bought out a pancake treat for my son which he enjoyed! Jenny was also super friendly and professional. Overall we had a fantastic stay and it was amazing value for money.

Alicia Nunes We were really impressed with the Courtyard Restaurant. From the moment you arrive, the whole setting is beautiful driving to the garden centre past open fields, into a very well-presented space with a lovely butchery department at the entrance. You then walk through a large brick archway with impressive historic gates, which leads you into the Courtyard Restaurant itself. We were greeted straight away by a member of staff, which instantly makes a difference, and the level of service throughout was excellent. We chose the Christmas dinner, which was fantastic value for money at just £18 far more affordable than many comparable places, and the quality didn’t disappoint. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily return. There’s also a café on site which we didn’t visit this time, but it looks beautiful from the outside, surrounded by plants and greenery. Highly recommended.
