Dan K The food was really good overall. The burgers were tasty, a good size, and packed with flavour. The chips were perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We also tried the chicken tenders, which were fresh, coated in crunchy cornflakes, and served with a mango and habanero sauce that added a great kick. Service was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the atmosphere: the restaurant was quite cold and completely empty while we were there, with the only people coming in being delivery drivers. That said, the quality of the food definitely stood out and made the visit worthwhile.

Sara Lucchetti Very nice and cosy place in the heart of Brixton. Food is delicious,fresh and home made..and very generous portions for a good price. We had the octopus with vegetables and potatoes and we loved it. A place to know for a quick and tasty lunch or a bite.

You can tell they use quality ingredients, and there’s a great variety to choose from. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide quick service, which makes it perfect for a lunch break or a quick bite on the go. The shop has a really nice, local feel and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Mad Buy We saw great reviews of the place and decided to try it out after days of Scottish food. The drinks were tasty, had excellent presentation, and were filled to the rim. Evey dish, from the garlic naan, special fried rice, Green Tikka, Saag Paneer, Butter Chicken, Vegetable Samosa to Chicken Biryani, was savory, hot, and absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Overall, we are happy to have eaten here on our first night in London.

Phanaelle Benie Gnaze It was a delight to eat at Alexs Place. We loved every bit of it and the staff were so warm and welcoming. The food was GREAT and so much that my spouse and I could not finish it so we took it home. We ordered a platter and we tried a couple of other dishes on the menu. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!!
