1 /5 Alexandra Diosan: While the food was good and the service at first seemed fine, our experience quickly turned into complete shock and outrage. We were at the table enjoying our meal for two and a half hours, well within the three-hour booking clearly stated in your email, when suddenly the manager confronted us—and then another waiter came screaming at our table, insisting we needed to clear off immediately.
We had not even finished our drinks, and yet we were treated as if we were a nuisance. We were rushed out without being offered desserts or a final drinks.
This is utterly appalling, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. To be screamed at and hurried out while still within our booking time is not just poor service—it’s humiliating.
