Emilia Visited on a Saturday afternoon, and as expected for a major motorway service area, the food court was extremely busy. ​The main issue appears to be staffing; the unit felt significantly understaffed for the volume of customers, leading to long queues and tired-looking, stressed employees. I ended up feeling too overwhelmed to wait and lecture tired staff about the order issues, which is frustrating. ​Speaking of issues, two things are consistent here: ​Missing items: Part of the order was missing (again). I need to remember to check everything before leaving, but it’s a recurring frustration. ​No Napkins: Takeaway orders consistently come without napkins. ​Also, the advertised Wi-Fi in this area was not working during my visit. ​On the positive side, despite the rush, I was able to easily find a clean table in the food court, which is a definite plus for a busy location. The food itself was the standard McDonalds fare. If you visit on a busy day, prepare for a wait and make sure you verify your order before you leave the counter.

Darren FIVE STARS all the way. Food is top notch. Service top level. Atmosphere, very welcoming, cosy and relaxing. Perfect venue for a family meal. Parking nearby is the only downside. Highly recommended.

Foyej Ahmed I recently dined at this restaurant and absolutely loved the food. Everything was incredibly delicious and full of flavour. The naan was soft and fresh, the tandoori wings were perfectly cooked with a smoky taste, and the chicken tikka was tender and juicy. Each item tasted amazing and exceeded my expectations. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Gabriela Heath Ive been buying kebabs here for the past 10 years. Best service ever. The guys always very helpful, reslectfull, friendly alwsyscresdy to help. The kebabs are full of meat, never felt sick once. Top notch hygiene, top notch service.

Charlotte Murphy This is our second time going to Turkuaz, and we are yet again very impressed. The food is absolutely delicious, with a very nice complimentary starter. The service was brilliant and the atmosphere was great. They even did a big song and dance for a birthday we were celebrating with a cake. Will be returning!

David Oxley The price of traditional fish and chips has sadly risen over the last couple of years, so its more of an occasional than a regular treat for us. That said, when its time for fish and chips, Star of the Sea serves up delicious, freshly battered cod (and other fish), and a generous-sized portion of tasty, crisp chips. Last week, we had a small cod in a bap, medium cod, and regular chips (plenty for two), for £19. Theres a good selection on the menu if you dont just want fish, including mushy peas :)
