Desmond Shum Restaurant w excellent ingredients and good cooking. We entered the restaurant and we marveled at the view over an valley. Young staff are courteous and tried to be helpful. The cocktail, lemon margarita, was excellent. We ordered the two sharing plates on the menu, fried vegetable and coppa. Dishes are well presented and cooked w excellent ingredients. The wine list is quite comprehensive, though I would say the good one are probably about 20% overpriced, compared to restaurants of similar caliber. Overall, we are really pleased with restaurant and are looking forward to revisiting

Sammy Evans Came for a wedding. Food waa so salty, people were being ill. Took ages to come out too and the manager (think his name was robert) was very rude but I believe hes been sacked now

Amy Our visit was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We were greeted with such warmth by the staff, making us feel right at home despite the midday rush. Ilia truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. His menu suggestion was spot on, and the entire service felt effortless and polished. It’s rare to find a place with this level of hospitality. Couldnt recommend enough. We cant wait to come back!

Peter Rozario Had a very well rounded stay here! We visited for a birthday party. We had hired a room for our meal which was so well presented and laid out! Great staff who went above and beyond to cater for everyones needs. Especially Darren who was there for our evening meal and again at breakfast and gave a 5* service.

AK Dipu The food here was really really nice, recommended by my friend & its totally worth!! And I like there spices. All the team members were nice. Highly preferable
